6. Businesses

• Businesses must provide accurate, verifiable information about their products, including claims, ingredients, usage instructions, and certifications.
• Products submitted for validation must comply with local safety, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• KAYA reserves the right to remove or suspend products that violate these Terms, mislead customers, or fail validation.
• Businesses are responsible for any consequences arising from false claims or violations of applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

• KAYA retains ownership of all platform content, software, trademarks, and logos, unless otherwise specified.
