Standard Delivery (within Nepal)
- Free for orders above NPR 3,000
- NPR 150 flat rate for orders below NPR 3,000
Express Delivery (major cities)

International Delivery
- Cost calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
- Customers receive a tracking number via email and SMS once the order ships.

- Tracking updates are available within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items
- Inspect your package upon delivery.
- If an item is damaged, report it within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after review.
Lost Packages
- If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact our support team.
- We will investigate with the courier.
- Confirmed lost orders will be reshipped or refunded, including shipping.
