Orders & Returns

At KAYA, we ensure that every wellness product you order is verified, shipped securely, and eligible for returns or exchanges under clear and fair guidelines.

Placing an Order

  • Browse products and add items to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and complete payment using cards, digital wallets, or COD (where available).
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
  • Orders can be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before processing begins.

Order Processing & Verification

  • All orders are verified by KAYA validators to ensure product quality.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
  • Some wellness or fragile items may require an additional day for verification.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Certain categories (personal care, perishables, or hygiene products) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Process

  • Submit a return/exchange request through your KAYA account or contact support.
  • Pack the item securely and attach the provided return label.
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Free returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Partial refunds may apply for opened or damaged items.
