At KAYA, we ensure that every wellness product you order is verified, shipped securely, and eligible for returns or exchanges under clear and fair guidelines.
Placing an Order
- Browse products and add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and complete payment using cards, digital wallets, or COD (where available).
- You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
- Orders can be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before processing begins.
Order Processing & Verification
- All orders are verified by KAYA validators to ensure product quality.
- Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
- Some wellness or fragile items may require an additional day for verification.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Certain categories (personal care, perishables, or hygiene products) are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Process
- Submit a return/exchange request through your KAYA account or contact support.
- Pack the item securely and attach the provided return label.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
- Free returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Partial refunds may apply for opened or damaged items.
